The Secretary General is responsible for the daily operation of the CED staff and the implementation of the decisions taken by the General Meeting and the Board of Directors. The Secretary General is also responsible for maintaining links with EU institutions and stakeholders’ organizations in Brussels.
The Policy Officer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting on EU legislation, drafting position papers, providing information and other services to the CED membership. Aneta is responsible for the following areas: education, e-health, ethics, infection control, medical devices and patient safety.
The Communications Officer is responsible for planning and evaluating the CED communications activities. The Communications Officer prepares reports, CED newsletters, articles and press releases. The Communications Officer manages the CED website and the CED Twitter account. The Communications Officer is also the chair of the CED Task Force Communications.
The Policy Officer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting on EU legislation, drafting position papers, providing information and other services to the CED membership. Lea is responsible for the following areas: amalgam, antibiotics, internal market, oral health and tooth whitening.
The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the office. She is in charge of organizing all CED events, performing accounting and pay-roll duties, ensuring all supplies. The Office Manager also assists the Head of Office and the Policy Officers in other tasks.
