On 5 September, the CED Board approved the CED response to the public consultation on “Proposals for draft EU guidelines on the prudent use of antimicrobials in human medicine”. The draft guidelines were developed by ECDC on a request by the European Commission and will then be used to support the Commission to prepare a final EU guidelines document.
